Even though we do everything we can to ensure you have a great stay, sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here is what you must to do if you need to complain:
If you are still on your holiday
If there is something wrong with your accommodation, please contact us straight away so that we can try to put things right for you. Your complaint may be rejected or reduced if you don’t give us the opportunity to do this.
If your holiday is over
Hopefully, you followed our procedure whilst on your stay and gave us the opportunity to put things right for you. If you still have a complaint about your holiday, you will need to submit the form below within 7 days of your departure. This form must be completed by the lead booker. Please ensure all information is provide
