Hemsby Chalets

The beach is roughly a 10-15-minute walk from the chalets or just a 2-minute drive. However, if you don’t need to drive, I would definitely recommend the walk. It is a beautiful scenic walk down to the beach and you also get a feel for the area and everyone who lives there. Talking of beaches in the area, Horsey beach is famous for seal watching. You can go anytime of the year and count how many seals you see laying on the sand. You can get up close to the friendly seals and get some great pictures.

Even though Hemsby is a small quaint village, it can be full of life during the summer, especially when the sun is shining. A lot of holiday makers book Bermuda holiday park because they know the beach is absolutely stunning and the area is one of the best in Norfolk. The sea life center

If rollercoaster rides aren’t your thing, then maybe take an educational trip to The Sea Life Centre in Great Yarmouth. Kids always love going to the Sea Life Centre to see all the little fishy swimming around and all the sharks with the big teeth. The kids’ faces will light up once the realise a shark is swimming above them. They will be talking about it for days and will want to tell all their friends back at school. There are lots of things the kids can learn whilst going to The Sea Life Centre, whilst having an exciting family day out.

After a fun filled day, you can grab fish and chips, go back to your accommodation and relax. After some food, the kids will be ready for bed after all the excitement, therefore the parents can have some well-deserved grown up time and put their feet up with a film on. We always get some great reviews from guests who have stayed like Molly who said, “Love this little area and a great find to have a chalet just minutes by the beach”.
