For those looking to explore further afield, Felixstowe is an attractive Edwardian town and famously known as the ‘Garden Resort of the East Coast’. This is due to its newly restored Seafront Gardens that overlook the waters with their colourful and unusual planting. The seafront gardens are listed on the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of National Importance.
