Whilst this attraction may be more suitable for the history enthusiast and adult audience, this magnificent hall is one of East Anglia’s greatest treasures. Somerleyton Hall is renowned for being one of the finest Victorian homes in the county. The impressive mansion has been preserved and rich with history, for visitors to see historical architecture and design as well as the old fashioned art and decoration of the house. It is stunning both inside and out, with exquisite gardens surrounding the hall which guests are welcome to explore. Somerleyton even has its own garden maze which has proven to be extremely popular and often more different than expected. Whilst exploring, you can enjoy a traditional English cup of tea and slice of cake at the pretty tea rooms. The homemade sweet treats are hard to resist, and you might even indulge in a heavenly afternoon tea whilst visiting Somerleyton Hall.
