Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

"We are looking forward to booking again next year in the same caravan.We had a great time."
The caravan was very clean & comfortable.The site was clean with friendly staff and lots to do their,outside swimming pool,game courts outside & entertainment in the bar area.Their was a launderette & lots more on site too.We also noticed two play areas for children.Very good for families and you can take your dogs on site.We travelled around in the car,plenty of places to see and Great Yarmouth near by with sandy beach & lots of shops and amusements.We are looking forward to booking again next year in the same caravan.We had a great time.

The pool was our favourite part as it was clean, safe and with the sun loungers a perfect way to spend a hot sunny morning. The caravan was clean, spacious and had everything you would need. We had a take out on the last night and although the food was pricey it was lovely. We would love to book for longer in 2019.

Lovely stay at this caravan, caravan has everything you need. Only suggestion would be a curtain up at the door to stop the bright street light shinning through at night while sleeping on pull out sofa bed apart from that we had a lovely stay and would stay again.

The caravan is clean and in a very good location in the caravan park with partial sea views. There is some really nice beaches to visit including Southwold and Horsley in the surrounding areas.

Was very happy with this stay. Overall very clean stay, fully equipped with what we needed which was helpful. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Very convenient for where we needed to be. Lovely views and good amount of things to do, pool and park good for the children.

We went to Broadland sands for the weekend to get away, and I just wanted to say that the kids loved it. The kids club was great, they enjoyed the disco and all the attention the team was giving to them. The caravan was in a great Location and very clean and tidy. Tracy M
