Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Stayed with partner and daughter, well equipped, nice to have a good sized TV in a caravan, very clean. Right on the beach so perfect location. Booked through 2C Holidays who were great, excellent communication at all times. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in the caravan. Superb panoramic sea view and a lovely spot - Southwold is in easy reach, and there is plenty of open space as well as the beach to enjoy. We were really delighted with the space - it was perfect for our little getaway, my friends kept saying how lucky were were to find it - I agree, and I am sure we'll be back 🙂

This caravan has spectacular beach and sea views. It is very comfortable, warm and reasonably well equipped. The caravan site itself is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent friendly staff. The swimming pool was lovely and warm which was appreciated for the time of the year and the staff were excellent. we had a lot of very pleasant swimming sessions. I was also impressed with the launderette which was clean and very well maintained with the addition of two ironing boards, irons and a big bonus the iron covers were clean and fairly new. We ate a few times in the camp restaurant. Its typical pub grub but was well presented and we enjoyed our meals. Once again the staff were really helpful. Kessingland itself is very dog-friendly. Its a quiet non-commercialised seaside resort which is excellent for bird watching and nature walks. Its close to all the popular East Anglian resorts such as Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, the Broads etc. We love it.

We love going to Kessingland, and these caravans along the front of the beach are the best located for us. Amazing view of the sea straight out of the main lounge window. Heaven! Booking process was all perfectly fine, and went to plan. The actual caravan was fine, but just a basic one. Showing a little bit of age, Mattress on the main bed was brilliant though , new one I think. Kids beds seemed fine. Overall the caravan was fine, and we would stay there again.

Emmas holiday home was lovely and spacious. The view were incredible, looking out to the seas. Its a prime spot to view the sunrise. Comms were great with a courtesy call a few days before the check in date. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend, right on the beach. The caravan fitted 6 of us and an baby in nicely and would definitely go back! The caravan park was very clean. If staying make sure you take everything including hair dryers, cleaning products, toilet roll. Emma was easy to communicate with and we will be booking again!

Lovely weekend!! Beautiful views to wake up to. Perfect for dogs owners as the stretch of grass between the van abs is just great for dog walking. The site restaurant food was ok. Service a little dis-organised but there was a nice atmosphere.

We went for a short break, I just wish I had booked longer , what a view from the lounge window. The beach was so calm and everything was just truly amazing from start to finish .Love the key system too , this made life easier because we arrived at 9pm . I thought everything was very well thought out.

We stayed in this lovely caravan for a family wedding weekend. The caravan's situation on the site is perfect. The views from the caravan just wonderful. We were blessed with fabulous weather. My youngest two children and I went down to the beach at 7.30am and had it to ourselves. So tranquil. The caravan is very well kitted out and comfortable. We were sad to leave. Thank you to Emma. The proximity of the beach meant we could go and play without it being a major expedition! Brilliant from the booking all the help we could of wished for to get the perfect stay.
