Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Plenty of space for two adults and two dogs. Also if our kids had come there was plenty of space. This time of year only downside was the wet and boggy grounds but overall and lovely and clean caravan. Thanks for having us.

A beautiful accommodation within walking distance to the beach. A very comfortable stay, which was thoroughly enjoyed by myself and my dog. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and I very much look forward to being able to stay again in the future. By far the best pet friendly stay I have visited at. The throw overs were a lovely touch to make my stay feel that extra bit comfortable. The shower was better than my own at home! Thank you for letting me stay and I look forward to being able to book with you again in the future.

Great facilities in the caravan, such as a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. Really clean caravan and great layout. It had everything you needed for a great stay. The site itself seemed fine, but we didn’t use the showbar, or eat in the pub, so can’t comment. An arcade kept the kids amused! Great beach a short walk away, with lovely sand. Near to Caister for essentials, but tucked out of the way so not too near all the busy seaside but. California has a chip shop and a pub, so not too far to go for some decent food and a drink or 2.

Very modern, clean & stylish caravan which exceeded our expectations! Ample space throughout. Well equipped kitchen & dining area for you to cook during your stay. Plenty of storage and comfy beds! We loved this caravan! It was spotlessly clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The caravan is well-appointed with useful items, such as an ironing board, microwave and mini vacuum cleaner. It was perfect for a family stay and we recommend it to other travellers. Self check-in and check-out was convenient.
