Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

This is a great caravan -close to the amenities on a very friendly and welcoming site. We were able to quickly get to a large supermarket. food and prices on the site were very reasonable

Caravan ideal for family holiday with grandchildren and dog 4 night break took the coastal bus to Yarmouth and Hemsby, walked to Corton and Hopton along coastal path to the beach. Children enjoyed the park. Clean site family friendly. Good price for this year in August.

A lovely little caravan with the home comforts you will never find in a site one The view was gorgeous especially with a good sunset. The site itself is lovely we’ve stayed twice this year now. There was a hoover which was fantastic as we had a small dog with us. - there was lots of outdoor furniture.
Overall we would stay here again.

The best thing about the property is the view of the sunsets over the neighbouring field! It's right on the edge of the park so it feels quite private and there are lots of tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the view. The property itself is totally fine, and clean and it has everything you would need to cook etc. Would stay again, especially as you can walk to the beach from the park along the cliff top.

"Perfect for kids"
This is a great value place on a caravan site that has a swimming pool, crazy golf and is on the cliff edge with great views. Perfect for kids but I went with a group of friends and we enjoyed it 🙂
