Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

A great caravan. Modern, clean and perfectly situated on the park. Really close to the beach and to the park facilities. Despite being close to the facilities, it was surprisingly quiet and the view of the sea is lovely. The beach is fantastic now and seeing the sun rise over the sea in the morning is beautiful. We booked through 2cholidays and would definitely use them again. Thank you for making our mini break so good!

aravan spacious clean and welcoming...ok took alittle while to find the key box..not exactly where i expected it! Lovely enclosed decking. Good views of the sea and just minutes walk from the beach and amenities. Caravan had everything..including hoover..iron and ironing board! Caravan park was also clean and welcoming. Lovely place to visit and we had a good time and would return.

The caravan was gorgeous inside, really modern and clean and is located in a real beautiful spot in the holiday park. You get a lovely sea view, its lovely to sit on the decking and listen to the sea, day and night! The people at 2cholidays are really friendly and laid back too. We're already arranging for when we want to book for next year! Thank you 🙂

"Spotless"
We had no intentions of going to Norfolk for a 4 night break we intended to go to somerset, however I saw this holiday home advertised and felt it was awesome. We only booked it at 1900 hours the night before we went. We have had the most amazing family time together. The home was absolutely spotless, the beds were comfortable, and I cannot fault the accommodation in any way. The location was perfect, with sea views, a premium spot on the village site. I am hoping to book again. The dealings I had with 2cholidays was brilliant too. We added an extra night as we did not want to come home. Thank you to everyone, I would recommend this holiday to anyone xx

Beautiful Holiday Home in a prime position of Hopton. Very glad we have found the little retreat, we will be using the company again .
We had a lovely time at Hopton as we always do, and our caravan was very nice and couldn't ask for better.
We had a fantastic holiday in this caravan, it is very spacious, modern and the layout is good. We travelled with friends and a 2 year old. I do think it might be a bit cramped with 8 people in the caravan and the dining table only seats 4 despite potentially sleeping 8 so dining with 8 guests might be a challenge. The caravan is ideally located very close to the beach and a short walk from the site amenities. It was handy having an extra toilet off the master bedroom especially with children. The beds and seating areas were comfortable and there was adequate seating for the 5 of us. Overall we were very happy with the caravan and the site and would definitely stay here again purely because of the location and how spacious the caravan was. The value for money was great as it was much cheaper than going directly through haven and we were able to stay in a better standard of caravan.
