Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Just got back from a great last minute family weekend break. Fantastic site. Very clean and loads to do. 2c holidays were also really helpful and responsive when we did call them! Well done looking forward to returning.
"The caravan was perfect and had all that we needed"
We took our two teenage kids and one of their friends and of course our dog. The caravan was perfect and had all that we needed. We went for 3 nights Friday to Monday and was comfortable. Shower worked great too

The booking process is very easy and it is good to be able to book the dates you want rather than the standard 3 or 4 nights. The prices are fantastic and the caravans are immaculate. I stayed with my children in a diamond rate caravan both times and the caravans were spacious and clean. I had one query this year before arriving and I telephoned the office who were very helpful. I am planning on booking a holiday with them this year and have recommended them to friends.

Booking was easy and straight forward the staff were very helpful and access to key and code was very good. Location of caravan site and caravan position on the site was lovely the caravan site it’s self had everything you could need was well maintained and run. The caravan itself was situated in a lovely area of the site, the caravan was spacious had some very lovely homely touches such as dvds,bed guards etc which was much appreciated the shower was hot and spacious for a caravan and beds were comfortable.
