Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Great caravan, well located on the site and in Hunstanton. Has everything you need. Children loved playing on the grass behind the caravan and the visiting ducks from the duck pond across the road. Caravan was comfortable and cosy with a great power shower!

Great spot for a base camp. Roomy and clean. Better for older children as it’s quite a walk to the beach / attractions from the site. Still we had a lovely time!

Lovely caravan, perfect location. Walked to the sea life centre, sea front with my 3 year old. Everything worked great in the caravan, nice clear instructions left for us. Key safe number and information sent in plenty of time, followed up by phone calls from the company. Would visit again.

Modern caravan on a nice site. It is situated at the far end of the site so is quite a walk into Hunstanton itself and to the beach but this wasn’t a problem for us as we have a dog and enjoy walking.We enjoyed our stay and particularly enjoyed a walk to Old Hunstanton.

The caravan was indeed a luxury and there was great amenities on the very clean site. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much, there is a Tesco store a few minutes away which was very handy. The beach and sea front had everything required and we cant wait to return it is now our best place to visit we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

The caravan is well situated on the site with plenty of space and very clean and tidy. The site has loads to offer for younger children and Hunstanton itself has enough to keep teenagers occupied for a few days . Would highly recommend .
