Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

"perfect "
Myself and a friend needed a place to stay in hunstanton for one night as we were doing a charity walk starting very early the next day, all the local hotels were very pricey and not really suitable, found the static caravan and it was perfect for our needs, easy check in and out as key was in a combo box, caravan was clean and everything you could need, just had to bring own bed linen and towels.

Right next to the main building which is great to pop to the swimming pool and the little arcade. It’s right by the entrance too so it’s easy to find and no distance at all to pop to Tesco or the pub with a nice play area and good food, and the beach with the fair bit we walked one day along the beach to old Hunstanton which is the most beautiful beach with sand dunes. We went there every day after that it’s so lovely. Great caravan. Clean and well Looked after.

"Perfect little get away"
Our mini break was exactly what we needed and turned out better than expected as a result of the great location of Emma's caravan. Manor Park was easy to find and upon arrival very clean and welcoming. Several factors made it a perfect little get away for a trip with my 7 month old son.... The ramp up to the caravan door meant that the pushchair was a non-issue, The spacious main bedroom accommodated his travel cot easily and the location of the caravan was close to the main entertainment building within the site. Hunstanton centre was a 20 min stroll along the coast (10 mins if you went by the roads) meaning we could walk everywhere with no worries about 'forgetting' something as it was easy to nip back. The caravan was perfect, I would highly recommend it.

Excellent accomodation, Good on site entertainment. The only question mark is the proximity of the club house to the van. If you want a quiet night it can be difficult as the club house is 20 m away. Slight problem getting access on arrival however the team in Manor Park were amazing. The van was clean (woman clean) and serviceable with everything needed for a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this and if they will have me back i will probably be using them again.
