Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

"Ideal for a family holiday!"
My partner, 2-year old son, and I stayed in this lovely static caravan for 5 days. It's so spacious and furnished nicely - ideal for a family holiday! The location is great too, a short walk to the Hunstanton seafront, and the holiday park is adjacent to a Tesco, which is pretty handy! Plenty to do, we wished we were staying for longer!

Great holiday home. Spacious, clean and well catered for up to six people. Very easy check in. The park is lovely and quiet but has things going on for those who want them. Would definitely book again.

Would like to say that we had a great time on our holiday with 2C holiday's. It is great how you can choose which day your holiday starts and for how many days you want to stay. The caravan was 5 star, very clean . We stayed at Manor park Hunstanton, which was also kept nice and tidy and pet friendly too. Thanks and look forward to booking with you again.

This was a lovely holiday home, located close to the beach. It's nicely decorated, with a lovely little seated area outside on the decking. It had everything we needed for a long weekend and would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic place. Great setting, easy to find and welcoming. The caravan was much larger, comfortable and better equipped than expected. Surrounding area was very convenient, with a Tesco just outside the park. Close to beach and great circular walks leaving from caravan. We loved our stay here and would like to come back in the future!
