Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

The caravan was perfect was better than we expected was very clean and tidy was spotless inside and out perfect location on the site, tables and chairs on the decking area was a plus, very easy to book with, answered the phone straight away when I had some questions a few weeks back very helpful, it was that nice of a caravan i even took the time to water there plants! We will be 100% booking again! Thank you for a easy booking and a great getaway.

Thank you for your email and attached voucher, that is very kind of you. We will most certainly be using your company again, as soon as February next year infact, when if at all possible we would like to book the same caravan if it is available. I will be in contact when I have confirmed the dates with my two friends who stayed with me during our break.
The caravan was fantastic and we couldn't wish for any more than that which the owner already had provided. The beds were very comfortable and the caravan was very clean and homely with two fantastic views. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area for a holiday.

The caravan was really clean and a nice size for a family of four. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed having breakfast on the veranda overlooking the fields and the sea. Would come again.

The 2choliday team provided a very friendly and helpful service as well as giving my family and I a lovely holiday home. The park was small but a great size for my children to enjoy themselves. Caravan was very clean and overall it was a great few nights away.

Good clean accommodation! The caravan was lovely and very comfortable to say the least. The entertainment on offer was also perfect, varied and what it done it done it well, my 3 children were very happy!
