Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Stayed in this caravan for 2 nights with six people and loved it. it was very clean and with six people it was very warm inside, even with it raining all day Sunday. Had some decking too with chairs to use. Inside of the caravan was tidy, had two rooms, one with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. the lounge could be turned into a bed for 2 more guests. Was a in a good location for us, bout 10 mins to Yarmouth seafront and 10 mins the other way to see the wife's dad 🙂 All in all a great stay, tidy and worth staying in for a few days. Thanks for letting us stay.

Location perfect for families. On site facilities were fab, beach a few mins walk and a great family friendly pub.

"Amazing!"
You get what you see in the photos, was cold to start off with but there were heaters provided as well as blankets, so was toastie in the end. Shower was incredible, was a very homely stay as there was everything imaginable, ie, plates, pots, cups, even a can opener, etc. Made use of their space, it was very stylish. Wasn't prepared for the weather, very muddy, so would recommend wellies. Price was very reasonable also, so overall an amazing stay and would most definitely stay again. 🙂
