The Caravan is good value for money and ideally located if you like being near to the pool and amenities. Don't expect 'brand new'. You get what you pay for and we really liked the caravan and the extensive site. It is ideal for families with children who want to play and swim. Good club house and entertainment, if you want it. Also suitable if you have a dog as the site is very dog-friendly. We have been with 2cHolidays before and will probably use them again next year if they have availability.

Location was good and just a short stroll to the entertainment/ swimming pool complex Shop was staffed by an extremely friendly and competent staff member First night we went to the entertainment complex and was impressed by it's modernity and varied seating areas Animation team worked hard to satisfy everyone Bar staff were attentive and friendly Didn't eat at the venue but didn't hear any complaints, Haven't tried a caravan holiday for years and was pleasantly surprised by Broadlands Sands Give it a try and I'm sure you will enjoy it

This caravan is located in an excellent position to explore Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Its also located in a good part of the park near the pool and club house. The caravan is clean and all items in working order. We had fab time.

Bar staff were attentive and friendly Didn't eat at the venue but didn't hear any complaints Only downside was the weather but that's no fault of Park. Haven't tried a caravan holiday for years and was pleasantly surprised by Broadlands Sands Give it a try and I'm sure you will enjoy it

Last minute booking with Park Holidays at their Broadlands Sands Holiday Park Arrived early but Charlotte in reception was very welcoming and gave us the keys as accommodation was ready. Had a lovely 4 night break here. Caravan was excellent, and well sited for all amenities. We were with young children, who liked the pool. The accommodation was marvellous, with all you need for a relaxing break. We will defineately book with Emma again
