Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Perfect little trip for us and our 1 year old son. Place was clean and in a good location on the park. Close to the main amenities. Self check in very easy. The mobile home is a stones throw from the beach and coastal walk which was lovely! Would definitely go back!

Great caravan with everything you could want even down to toys and games for children. It felt like home and it was a pleasure to return to each evening and in a nice quiet culture de sac. Very clean and not a whiff of doggies even though it's a dog friendly van. I've already unsuccessfully looked at re-booking another week but obviously it's too popular - Good news travels fast! Took my grandchild who thought it was my caravan - wish it was.

Excellent holiday. Plenty to do both on & off the site. Site facilities & entertainment were all very good. The Bar/Restaurant food was well prepared & good value. I would recommend this site and the caravan.
Fntastic holiday we had! My family went swimming every day and it was both an outdoor and indoor pool combined. All our meals for the week we had on site in the restaurant and at a reasonable cost. There is a lot to do in the local area such as theme parks, and also a major attraction was Great Yarmouth which was only 5 miles away. I would urge anybody to stay at this particular park and have a good holiday as we all did! Would like to book again in 2019

The caravan was more than I could ask for, especially with the decking around it! Walking in, we were all amazed by the very spacious living room, and especially with how clean it was. The facilities with the the great customer service that 2cholidays provided, made our holiday more than we could ask for. I would definitely recommend both this caravan and the use of 2cholidays, because of how easy, and stress free our experience with them was!
