Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

i have just returned from a short stay at Haven Hopton with 2cholidays. it is always difficult to find somewhere to suit my multi generational family which consists of two 17 yr olds and my parents in their 80s, but with the amazing knowledge of the staff we found one to suit us all. We will most definitely be booking with 2cholidays in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making the process so easy. Plus a web site i could easily navigate. Well Done.

This caravan was absolutely lovely and spotless. Have done a lot of holiday parks over the years and this is the best by far. Close to the club house and play area.Reasonable price meals and always something for everyone..Have booked again already. Always book with 2c from.now on.Would book again.

Caravan was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering. Haven Hopton was good - nice pool complex, friendly staff, (who were very good with our young Granddaughter), decent kids entertainment and other leisure facilities. Too much space taken up by amusements, which gobbled up our loose change faster than any other machines I've come across! It's well worth the cost and time to make a trip to Bewilderwood, near Wroxham - a great day out! Thanks very much, Emma - we would come again and want to book for the summer.

A beautiful caravan in a perfect location! We had everything we could've needed in the caravan and it was beautifully looked after. We couldn't have wished for a nicer break (even the sun shined for us!). Hope to return again.

This is a very nice, modern, smart and clean mobile home, situated on a great park with lots to do for kids, we were only here for 3 days and it wasn’t enough time to do everything! It has a lovely relaxing view of the golf course.
Lovely surroundings, totally peaceful and very clean. Everything you could need was included.

We had a great time. There’s something for everyone. Couples, families or older generation.
Plenty to do if you want. If not the caravan is in a lovely position over looking the sea. Very peaceful and relaxing. Close to local shops and restaurants.
Will definitely return. Highly recommend!! Would love to return in May 2020.

The caravan was very family friendly very new and spacious. It was by far the best accommodation that we have ever stayed.The food was amazing and everything was reasonably priced.
Fantastic site for people with children, plenty for them to do and most staff were great.

A really lovely caravan, well kept in a really tranquil part of the park. Easy access to all the amenities if you want them, but a really quiet location which was perfect for my family and plenty of room for everyone. A brilliant find.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The mobile home is located in a peaceful area of the park overlooking the golf course. It had everything we could have wanted and the space was amazing. A very relaxing experience. Would fully recommend and will likely be back again.
