Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

"Much needed break by the sea."
Really enjoyed the location of this caravan as it had a seaview and was very close to the beach. Another plus was the gated, secluded decking area. Ideal as we had a dog with us. Caravan was very clean and well equipped. We would not hesitate in booking again as none of these things affected our stay. Loved the key safe checking in system and great communication.

Great location for a caravan holiday. Caravan was a bit small for 2 teenage children to share a room but other than that the caravan was great. Best shower I’ve ever had in a caravan! Very clean on our arrival with tea bags, coffee and sugar supplied. A few mins walk to the beach and the park has all usual amenities that you would expect to find at a Parkdean resort. Would thoroughly recommend this caravan and location.

Great location, clean and tidy caravan. Beach only a 2 minute walk from the caravan location. Standard tea, coffee, sugar provided plus items to cook with. The only negative thing I would say is that the caravan site is dog friendly but the club house isn’t so unless the weather is kind to you in the evening so you can sit outside you cannot enjoy the entertainment

We have only one word to describe the great time we spent in this caravan, EXCELLENT.
Everything was perfect. We found a very clean and comfortable space inside of this lovely caravan. All we need was there.All the furniture was in very good condition and very pretty.The shower works very well as everything that was in there. This caravan is located only a few steps from the beach, we don't need to take the car, what is great. We definitely recommend this to our friends and everyone who wants to have a relaxing holiday without any worries. The weather did not help but we went every day to the indoor pool and we really enjoy it. The staff on the park was very kind and for them nothing is too much. We will return there.

My partner and i booked this caravan for a weekend break. Great communication from start to finish, easy booking and friendly staff on arrival. The caravan was in a Great location in a quiet corner of the park and a short walk to all amenities and a two minute stroll to the beach. On arrival, the caravan was clean and tidy. Well equipped with all you would need for your stay.Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Very close to the park amenities and the caravan was so clean and tidy. We left it in good order so hopefully we will get our good order voucher from 2cholidays. We would love to come back next year.
