Well maintained static caravan in lovely surroundings, easy access to East and North Norfolk with plenty to do in the local area and to the north at Cromer and Sheringham highly recommendable for a weeks break

Overall, it was an okay stay. However, on arrival there was duck faeces on the steps to the caravan, the caravan was very dusty and had cobwebs in all the corners of every room, and there was a lot of mould in the shower (some of which i was able to clean myself, suggesting no one had attempted to clean it).

Besides upping the cleaning, a cheese grater for the kitchen would have been helpful, maybe a couple of lamps so you dont need the main lights on in the evening, and a hoover to keep it sand-free during our stay.

Communication was okay, although i had to email to get a map ahead of our arrival.

Double bed was comfortable and there was enough crockery etc for a family of 5. The fridge had a mini freezer compartment which was handy for ice creams.

We had to buy passes to use the swimming pool and clubs (if desired) - £10 per adult and £7 per child. Swimming pool was basic and a little dirty but the children had a great time using the slide. Do book swimming slots ahead of time though as there werent many available by the time we'd arrived.

We were provided with regular updates. Good communication with 2c holidays. We had to ring prior to arrival as we hadn’t received email about checking in details, instantly got through to person who immediately was able to re send the checking in email. Would definitely book via company again.

Good dog friendly caravan and area, added touch of dog bowls was great.
Great for local access to the beach, would recommend Wells next the sea, Holkham and Old hunstanton beach as well for days out and dips in the sea.
Had an issue with the window whilst we where there contacted customer services and it was fixed that day. Would recommend this caravan and location to others.

A well placed caravan with easy access to the beach . The large deck offers a good outdoor space . The living area is spacious and well equipped. A homely atmosphere and comfortable facilities.

The caravan was really well equipped, as a parents travelling with kids we were surprised that we had a DVD player with wide range of cartoons. Well equipped kitchen, and nice atmosphere created by lovely gadgets placed around. We all had a good time there, it was our first time in carvan but we definitely will come back to this place later this year. I can strongly recomend this place to stay for everyone (couples, family with kids, etc.).
