Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

The caravan was sparkling clean on our arrival. The living areas were surprisingly spacious and homely. Good cooking facilities with good quality gas cooker. The double bed also had a very good quality mattress and was very comfortable and there was much drawer and wardrobe space. The shower in the main bathroom was excellent with hot water whenever needed.
We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable and all as expected. Thanks.

Hi there I just returned from my break at 21 eagle seashore , and I wanted to say how fab the caravan was ...for a pet friendly one it was spotless I have had a awful experience in one on the same site before it was caked in filth poop on the sofas my feet stuck to the floor it put me off for many years but yours has restored my joy in caravaning again ! I couldn’t believe how well equipped it was too , brilliant thank you... do you have any more dates available for it this year we would love to go back ? Thank you again

Smashing place to stay , we would highly recommend this place if you love peace quiet and tranquility . There are lots rare birds around the area if you like myself love bird watching .

Nice place away from busy life. The lakes at the site at quite and serene. Our SatNav tried to take us through a non existent road so following the brown signs for Carlton Meres is probably the best way to reach the place.
