Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

The caravan was great, the location by the sea is amazing and the cliff walk is lovely. The caravan is well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery and pots pans etc. The caravan rooms/beds are as expected in a caravan. The double room is comfy and fits two adults, the single beds are small but still comfy, the sofa bed is small and comfortably sleeps one big adult or two small ones or kids. Hopton Holiday Village is good, the facilities are great for both kids and adults. I would highly recommend staying at this caravan it’s perfect.

What a caravan, more like a lodge. The cleanest caravan I have ever had a a incredible view. Booking with 2cholidays company and trip advisor was easy and I was please to receive a voucher from 2cholidays as I had left the caravan in good order. I would absolutely recommend this stunning seaview lodge.

The caravan was better than we expected. It was very clean, well equipped and prepared for our arrival. It made our family gathering a great experience. It was just a few steps from the beach. It was great for kids as they could watch the sea even when we stay in caravan. Whole place was nice and quiet. Emma was very helpful and replied to our questions quickly. I can definitely recommend Emma's place!

Just Perfect lovely soft sandy beach right outside the caravan Hopton is a lovely clean site a nice small venue and the man at the Golf course was so friendly will definitely come again.
