Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Great little place to stay. The kitchen in particular is very well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room for our family of four, including a travel cot for our baby. The swimming pool on site nearby was warm and great, even though the weather wasn’t. Scratby is a nice little coastal village to stay in with shops, amusements and cafes and we noticed a good bus service running to Great Yarmouth too.

Very nice house at a peaceful location and was a very lovely stay during our holidays.
This is the third stay here and we are very fond of this chalet because of its location just 5 minutes from the beach .

Brilliant location, clean tidy and well stocked. Got lost with the sat nav as it took me to the neighbouring holiday site. Dog friendly beach was only a short walk away. Lovely and quiet location but plenty of facilities about if you wanted them. Will definitely ask to stay again when visiting the family. Thanks loads.

"Good location"
The stay was very good, a little brief but we enjoyed it.
The caravan was very nice, clean and tidy and had all we needed inside. It is in a very good location, close enough to everything without being amongst the hustle and bustle. All in all was pleased with the caravan and the ease of booking and the help/service from yourselves.

The chalet is well placed in Scatby a few hundred yards from the sea, Shops nearby places to eat etc. Inside all is there, excellent shower room, kitchen,master bedroom. (We didn't use the second bedroom although it looked fine) The main room is comfortable and well laid out with TV out of the way on the wall. Despite pretty poor weather we spent a few hours sitting in the "porch" on the chairs provided, this looks into a sort of 3 sided courtyard of other chalets many with flowers outside (as had this one) I would imagine this to be very pleasant in good weather,it's north facing but would get the sun in the evenings in summer months.
