Wow, what a really good break we had at this seaside destination. Speaking with a real person over the phone is a breath of fresh air in an age where automated customer service is the norm. The location was ideal, with and easy access to all the amenities we could ask for.

Their service is excellent, and everything on their website is easy to navigate.

A beautifully clean chalet, great location for beach walks and not too far from Grt Yarmouth.
Caistor and Hemsby both close by.
Check in was great with the keybox housing the key after 4pm on day of arrival. The team at 2cHolidays also checks that everything is ok via a call and a text message with the key code. Couldnt be better service.

We had a 3 night stay with 2 young children. The chalet was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We took our own booster seats and travel stair gate as these were not provided, but had no problems using our own. We received good communication via email with phone numbers to call should we have needed them. Definitely make sure you have these as the reception does not appear to open at any point. We were told we could find information and needed passes for swimming etc which we could get from reception, but this wasn't the case. It was easy to find out for ourselves though by having a wander round and asking all of our questions in the shop! Swimming can just be paid for per session and was well organised. Overall, we had a lovely time and were perfectly situated nearby many attractions to explore.

We had a 3night break at Bermuda holiday park, was lovely for a short stay, park was very quite everything you needed to entertain the children swimming pool and small arcades . Shop onsite has everything you would need. Close enough to beach may be bit to far of a walk for young children after a day on the beach. But didn't affect our stay we drove the 5min and paid for parking. Our chalet was well equipped would stay again.

The cottage was perfectly cleaned. The check-in and check-out were very easy due to the autonomous access. The emplacement is really good, the beach is very close, and there is also a very nice fun fair and shops. The neighbourhood is a bit disappointing but it was very calm and the cottage was very well equipped. Make sure to keep the electric meter topped up as this can be stressful especially when it is chilly and you have young children. We had a heating dysfunction during our stay but the agency was very reactive and the owner came around straight away to helps us. We have really appreciated that. Thanks again Graham.

Although he chalet was on a complex it was very peaceful. Good amenities on site. It was basic but had everything we needed. Good size fridge and freezer and plenty of plates etc. Bedrooms a good size as was the bathroom. Good value and very good communication from the company who listed the property.

Great chalet. Fully stocked kitchen, a short walk to local bus routes if no car as we had. A basic comfortable space to either relax or use as a base for visiting local areas. Great communication notices all over the chalet and in the welcome folder. Great communication from hosts and any issues we had were resolved. Thank you. We will definitely return.

The location worked really well for us the local beach was a bit of a trek but a beautiful beach. We went to Pettitts one day which we all really enjoyed and Gorleston-on-Sea to the beach on the final day.
