Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

We all absolutely loved our stay here at Rokis lodge. The garden was by far our favourite thing, even with the bad weather your still able to use all the facilities. Swimming pool and hot tub was amazing along with the outdoor cabin/bbq area. Our dog had plenty of space to roam around and he loved every minute.
Overall a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, the host was amazing and came over to introduce herself. We will definitely be returning and recommend anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday.

We recently stayed at a beautiful holiday home and it certainly exceeded our expectations. The luxury accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, and we were blown away by how truly exceptional it was. Though we didn't spend much time there, it was a delight to return from our day trips to such a lovely home away from home. What's more, we were really impressed by how affordable it was. It's always nice to come across an independent company that takes the time to help you book your perfect break. Overall, it was a really nice mini break and we're already planning our return for a longer stay.

Seriously, it's better than my own home in many ways (I mean, who has a hot tub and pool and bbq hut. I made some seriously memorable moments here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In fact, I'm already planning to book again this year and next. So come on, treat yourself to a great break that's both stunning and affordable. You won't regret it! t's better than my own home in so many ways, and the perfect place to relax and unwind from the stresses of work. I'm not kidding when I say that I made memories here that will last a lifetime. It's so nice to have a place to escape to, where I can forget about the daily grind and just enjoy life for a while. I'd definitely recommend this lodge to anyone looking for an affordable getaway that's both fun and intelligent. Can't wait to book again this year, and next!

We were a large family group with an age range of 13-83. The property was immaculately clean with Great facilities. The pool and hot tub were fabulous extras and worth it as was the extra space in the garden rooms.

Great little holiday home. Hot tub, kids play equipment and bbq area were excellent features. Spotlessly clean, well furnished with all kitchen and bbq utensils required. Washing machine was a bonus. The lovely owner had even left us wine, chocolates and fruit!
