Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

We booked the Villa for a celebration of a family members 70th birthday. The house itself certainly has the WOW factor, Pool was lovely as was the games room and massage chair! Outside are is also very nice, enjoyed being out there as much as we could (weather permitting!) But we all enjoyed our stay at Dana Lodge, and would definitely recommend.

Just got back from a long weekend… this place is absolutely amazing, the host has thought about everything, the photos do not do it justice. Was easy check in, everywhere was clean and the amenities were endless. Got showed around how to use the hot tubs, sauna and pool and were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this to families and we certainly will be returning again. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Spacious area with separation between the main house and the games room, outdoor eating area and sauna. Plenty of spaces for family gatherings and meals together but enough different areas for down time. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday, comfortable beds, good amenities and a great sunday lunch pub just up the road

This property was absolutely stunning and even better than the pictures. It felt very private and not overlooked. It was furnished and equipped to a high standard and had everything you could possibly need. There were 10 adults in our group and there was plenty of space for us all. The private pool, sauna and two hot tubs and bbq were certainly made good use of and an amazing time was had by all. We would all highly recommend this property.

The lodge was amazing and just what we were after for our whole family of 13 adults and children. The decor is certainly unique but still tasteful and it feels like there are little hidden areas of the property to discover every time you look around. The pool was great, heated to a good temperature with the cover which can be retracted too. The pool house with pool table and sauna was also a welcome addition (as was the massage chair!)! The rooms were spotless and plenty big enough and everything just worked really well for our group. I would 100% recommend this place and have had lots of enquiries from people since returning. I have no doubt we’ll be back.

"Dana Lodge"
Booked Dana Lodge for over Christmas period through 2c holidays, they were friendly helpful and helped us pick the right holiday property for us. Booking was easy and the check in/out information was sent by text message which made the whole process so easy. Now about the lodge, all I can say is wow, 7 bedroom lodge with 2 hot tubs and covered heated swimming pool. The inside space was fantastic with enough room that 12 of us did not seem crowded at all. Pool table and massage chair in a separate part also a sauna. Highly recommend 2c Holidays and Dana Lodge Pentney.

Fab holiday lodge! Pool, hot tubs and sauna are incredible!
The house was literally empty though! No tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper! Perhaps just because of COVID but be sure to pack your entire kitchen if you go here soon! Also only one toilet roll per toilet, one kitchen roll and one tea towel! Defo take your own towels as well as the ones provided are tiny! Overall really lovely lodge and would definitely go again!

A beautiful house with a heated pool and 2 hot tubs, there is plenty of space inside and out, the sauna was amazing, the house was fully equipped with everything you could need and more, comfy beds, quirky decoration which was really unusual and we loved it
