Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Nice little caravan

Nice little caravan, in a nice little park. All clean and easy to find. We spent time at Mablethorpe and was just under 20 minutes from the resort, very convenient. Had takeaway from the onsite restaurant and it was very good.
Very peaceful surroundings with a play area for kids and a small fishing pond.

Park was well kept and staff very helpful, bar and restaurant looked good although we didn't eat there. You can order online and collect which was a great idea. The park has a pool which was clean and a reasonable size, although we had to book swim sessions due to Covid which is understandable. The beach was lovely, miles of golden sand beyond the dunes and saltmarsh with friendly inquisitive grey seals that were happy to swim 20 feet away. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the park to the beach but well worth it.

Clean and spacious with all items you’d expect at home and some well thought extras such as camping chars kids toys and games! Loved the en-suite master bedroom being at the opposite end to the twin rooms - meant fewer doors opening onto a single corridor and fewer guests waiting for bathrooms! All in all a lovely stay. Easy walks across salt marsh to sea with dogs conveniently close by and pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay in this caravan,very comfortable! Loved the veranda & it being secure. Close to sand,chip shop just a few hundred yards well worth a try, shop on site lovely overall as it was a late booking for us we couldn’t have got better. We loved every bit of our stay & would love to come again.
