Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Great stay
"Lovely chalet in great location"
We had a lovely short stay in September and would like to return for longer. The chalet is clean and very well equipped and within walking distance of Hemsby centre and the beach. Thank you!

Lovely few days away. Was quiet as I would say out of season. But peaceful and just what we wanted.
"Lovely stay with Granddaughter"
Chalet was lovely and although small was spacious enough for 2 adults and a 10 year old. WiFi was a great hit with the Granddaughter and chalet had all we needed. Met the owner who brought us tea bags and a toilet roll. Ideally located and used both clubhouses in neighbouring parks and also the swimming pool at another park in scratby. Easily accessible to all the arcades, beach and restaurants close by. Great little base and will definitely return and recommend

Excellent service from 2cholidays. I rang up to speak to someone as I had a query. Spoke to a kind lady , great person to deal with. she was so helpful and made the booking of my holiday stress free. Fantastic, spacious chalet that was wonderfully equipped and very clean.
Nothing beats a family getaway over the summer holidays. And with 2cHolidays, it was even easier to plan. Already planning what we want to do in 2024 here we come!
"Loved everything"
Fabulous location, right at the beach basically. There's some attractions every evening, restaurants, grocery and fish&chips shop. Everything you need in one place so there's no need to go far. Me my husband and 2 kids stayed here for a few nights, communication was great and the place was spotless. Really good if you're looking for a last minute trip away! Will definitely consider going back again!

UK holiday with 2cHolidays was amazing, and we were very happy with the service we received. We were initially skeptical about booking a UK holiday, but we are now convinced that there is plenty to explore and enjoy within the UK. Hemsby Beach is blessed with an exceptional environment, dotted with cute seaside villages like Wells-next-the-Sea and Brancaster. Really beautiful Chalet which we appreciated. Would love to return for longer from our busy lives in the city in 2024.
