Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

The lodge itself was fantastic 2 massive rooms one with an ensuite very spacious. I just had to share my experience booking a holiday home through 2cHolidays. The customer service was exceptional. It was so refreshing to speak to a real person who was able to answer all of our questions. And the booking process was a breeze!

"A Lovely Relaxing Sea View Lodge"
A lovely clean bright spacious lodge with amazing sea views, it was so relaxing sitting on the veranda with a cup of tea in the mornings and the lodge was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. It was in a great location to explore Lowestoft, Southwold and South Pier/Beach which is only a 5 min drive away. The booking process was very easy and the Customer Service was excellent. We hope to stay here again in the future.

"Amazing with great outdoor furniture"
Holiday home was well maintained and was perfect for our holiday. Little extras made it feel like home from home. Lovely large deck was great for family eating al fresco! Nothing was too much trouble and we were sorry to have to go home again! Holiday park was in great location for enjoying all that Pakefield has has to offer whatever the weather.

Where do I start? The caravan was even better than the listing. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Safely located on the cliff top. Beautiful panoramic views. There's everything you could wish for. Dishwasher. Washer dryer. Massive TV. Free WiFi. Wonderful bath.Heated towel rails. Separate shower and toilet. Big TV in the bedroom. Great split cooker. Easy to use heating. Super walk in wardrobes in both rooms. Very cumfy mattresses. Plenty of seating space. Lovely dining area. USB points on the plugs. Wonderful decking area.
Close to all amenities, but peacefully located. Right next to the beach, so if you enjoy bracing walks or runs like me, you’ll love it. Even braved the sea.
3 local dog friendly pubs
Morrisons and Asda within a 5 minute drive or 10 min walk.
And most of all, very friendly admin team. 4th time with them and never had anything but first class support

Great looking lodge and a good place to base your stay, only 10 mins away by car from Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. A 5 minute walk through the caravan park and your at the sea front.

A beautifully decorated and equipped caravan for a family gathering or to explore Norwich and Norfolk and Suffolk The beach is literally on your door step. Great restaurants for all budgets and ages very close. Lots to do for all age groups. Highly recommended It's just a hassle free company totally recommend them book all my holidays here only back two days ago and I've booked my holidays for next year already. The best lodge we have ever stayed in!! We can certainly recommend 2cholidays for a trouble-free booking system and helpful customer service.

Great property close to the beach With Seaview Nice pub locally and Chinese Take away. And about A 10-15 minute car journey to the Oulton boards for boat trips Worth a visit. Handy for many beaches on the Suffolk coast. Will come back 2023 for longer.

Great communication by 2cHoliday’s. Booked last minute and they made sure we had all the check in information we needed. Caravan much bigger than the pictures show and right on the sea front. Club house and entertainment abit tired but fine for us as we didn’t go for that!

Decking was a good size and outside furniture good and comfortable. The park is a good location for exploring that area of Suffolk and the coastline
