Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

The 8 berth caravan was sited at the Kessingland holiday campsite. Campsite generally very well serviced with play area, swimming pool, restaurant, launderette, games area and shop. Passes were needed for some of the areas such as swimming pool. The caravan was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the gated veranda was a god send as we had 2yr old twins with us. We will certainly use 2C holidays again. Very impressed with their prompt response to our questions.

Definitely good value for money, useful onsite shop for any bits you may have left which was reasonably priced. Useful outdoor play area, we didn’t visit the pool, stones throw from beach. 8 berth was a good space for 2 little ones and 4 adults over a weekend.

This is a lovely, clean and well-equipped caravan; there was even Peppa Pig cutlery which pleased the two year olds!! We had 5 adults and 3 kiddies stay in the caravan and it did us fine.

Lovely place to stay, we found the mobile home very clean and comfortable, well equipped with the bonus of a decent size shower, a good bed and we especially liked the decking. We didn't use much of the site facilities but they do a good cheap breakfast. We had very good weather and found the beach great for walking.

Just spent a weekend in this caravan and we were very pleased with it. Communication with 2cholidays re getting key was excellent. Everywhere was really clean and well presented and included all we needed. A lovely holiday home, would love to book next year.
