Stunning holiday cottage with a homely feel and beautifully decorated. Boasting two enclosed gardens with a private hot tub! Tucked away in the beautiful rural village of Pentney. This is the perfect base to enjoy everything Norfolk has to offer, beautiful countryside, picturesque villages and country parks, yet just 30 minutes from the coast.
1 bed cottage, sleeps 4, with double glazing, electric panel heaters, free unlimited WiFi and private hot tub located in Norfolk. Pearl rated.
Entry into porch leading to open plan kitchen and lounge area.
Kitchen area with full size electric oven/hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
Cosy lounge with free standing furniture, TV with Freeview, double sofa bed and log burner for guests to enjoy use of (starter pack of logs and kindling provided for arrival).
Access to the garden with outside dining area from double doors in the lounge.
Stairway leads to master bedroom and family bathroom.
Spacious master bedroom with double bed and clothes storage.
Family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
Beautiful enclosed garden with outside dining area and private hot tub for guests to enjoy use of.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
BALANCES DUE
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Accessible through a key bank - excellent directions and pre arrival information. The cottage makes best use of the available space and very cosy - well equipped and lovely welcome goodies! In the summer there is a fab outdoor dining space.

The cottage is lovely, very clean, I appreciated the welcome pack.
I was nervous about arriving in the dark as you have to walk down the length of the garden to get to the door but using the what3words instructions took us right to the parking space. We booked our stay to get away for a quiet few days which was what we got, the beautiful beaches and seafood restaurants were not too far.
The only negative was that dogs are permitted only downstairs & not on the furniture which only left our dog about 6 ft of space to be in, and the rule about preventing pets from urinating in the garden is pretty ridiculous - wandering around behind my dog in the rain while he stretched his legs was not enjoyable and we couldn’t let him out unsupervised or let him wander while we were in the hot tub. Also, 2cholidays told us that there wouldn’t be any basic amenities at the property so I had stopped to buy a lot before we arrived but everything was provided, 2cholidays should update their info.

Great quiet location
"brilliant"
Quiet location, but near to the A roads, so good for getting around East Anglia easily. We packed in a lot in the week we stayed, visiting NT properties, gardens and nurseries. We found some great places to dine out, but not within walking distance. The enclosed garden and patio area was brilliant to come back to at the end of the day to watch the sun go down with a glass or two!

Simply perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the delicious cake, also supplied with other thoughtful treats, including for our doggo.

Stayed for a weekend break, wow what an amazing little cottage. It was everything we wanted and the little details of milk, fruit cake were really special, even little dog treats ready if you had a furry friend. It was clean and well catered for. Hot tub was a nice little added bonus, and towels were included. Would definitely recommend and close to kings lynn and other places. Well done on such a lovely hideaway xx

We would recommend this cottage to family and friends. Really well presented. Lots of nice touches including the Hot tub. Close to Sandringham too! Which was a real bonus as we really love the North Norfolk coast.
