You’ll be drawn to the beautiful five acres of countryside surrounding the cottage boasting an orchard of fruit trees, Canadian maple trees and an enchanting brick weave paving leading to the restful summer house overlooking the well-stocked carp fishing lake. The gardens at Scotgate Cottage are truly special and fully enclosed, perfect for the four-legged members of the family too!
Despite the peaceful countryside feel, this holiday cottage is the perfect entertainment place and there will undoubtedly be something that everyone will love! Take your pick from splashing in the pool, indulge in your own private spa experience with the sauna and hot tub, or stay active with outdoor the multi-sports court and table tennis in the courtyard. The fun doesn't stop there, the cottage offers a brilliant games room with its own pool table, darts board and bar (for the adults to enjoy a drink or two!). Scotgate cottage offers the best of both worlds, with three reception rooms there is plenty of living space to put your feet up and unwind too. Choose from retiring in the reading room, relish in tranquil garden room with the glorious sunshine, or fire up the logs in the cosy lounge and pick a movie from the vast selection of DVD's.

Bedroom 4 - Bunk bedroom which sleeps 5 guests (primarily for children). With two sets of bunk beds, one with double bunk on the bottom and single on top. The second bunk bed compromises of two single beds.
Bedroom 5 - Luxury double bedroom, sleeps 2 guests. With a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Bathroom: Family bathroom with shower over bath with toilet and wash basin.
Outside multi-sports court with tennis net, football goals and netball posts. Bespoke shed with sports equipment and outdoor activities provided for guests to enjoy use of.

Newly renovated and well-presented annex with two beautiful bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6 guests. With stunning views overlooking the tremendous garden, outdoor patio area with furniture provided which is the perfect space for al fresco dining.

• Parking - Large private driveway for guests to park, space for multiple cars (electric gates with secure code for access)
• Pets - Yes, well behaved pets allowed. Please note there is an additional £30.00 fee per pet (not included in the nightly rate)
• Essentials provided - Bed linen, bath towels and swimming pool towels included.
• Also provided - One travel cot, one highchair, hair dryer per bedroom, iron with ironing board and outdoor dog kennels (if required)
Important Booking Information:
• Check in from 5pm and check out before 10am. Please note early check in and late check out is not available due to cleaning schedule.
• No stag or hen parties are permitted. Restrictions will apply on bookings from all-male or all-female parties if not immediate family or couples, please contact us prior to booking.
• The lead guest who books needs to be the age of 21 years at the time of booking, there must be one person staying in the accommodation over the age of 21 years.
• Fishing lake - Children must be supervised at all times at the fishing lake and not to be left unattended under any circumstances.
• Please be advised there is external CCTV cameras overlooking the outside of the property only, which are active at all times.

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.
For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.
For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.
For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.
DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.
The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.
