We also provide owners with their own login to the booking calendar, which allows them complete access to book their own time in their property.
When guests book, we send them all the information they need, then call them to ensure we have all the information we need. We are constantly vetting bookings to check there are no hen parties, stag do’s, groups of teenagers etc. We want guests who are going to respect your property, and if there is any doubt, we won’t allow the booking to go ahead.
As a new owner at Broadland Sands Holiday Park, Suffolk, 2cHolidays made the whole experience of getting set up and ready to rent, a real joy! They were there every step of the way, very patient and extremely helpful, guiding me through the process. I am happy to say that my first bookings have already taken place.
