Meet the Team

Emma Wilson

Emma created 2cHolidays after purchasing her own holiday home. She enjoyed the process of renting and managing her caravan, and found a real passion for helping customers have the best holiday possible. She has a strong marketing background and enjoys the challenge of advertising and marketing all of the caravans to ensure they are rented as much as possible. Working alongside Emma P-C, she is also responsible for liaising with our owners to ensure they receive the best service possible.

Emma Parnell-Cook

General Manager
Emma is responsible for ensuring the holiday homes are clean and maintained to a high standard. Although a very busy job, she loves the role she plays in ensuring holiday makers enjoy their holiday home. Working alongside Emma Wilson, she is also responsible for liaising with our owners to ensure they receive the best service possible.
Sarah Coles

Sarah Davis

Office Manager
Sarah joined the team early in 2019 as a Guest Co-ordinator and has progressed to the role of Office Manager. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience and is enjoying the varied work that the role offers. She has spent the last couple of years renovating houses and enjoys the challenges that this brings.

Kate Morgan

Owner Services Administrator
Kate is our newest member of staff, and has joined to take on the role of the administration for our owners. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge having worked in the holiday industry for many years. She has had various roles, including club rep, holiday park reception manager, and chalet host in the Alps! Working alongside the two Emma’s she is already settling in really well!
Kelsey Manning

Guest Co-ordinator
Kelsey joined the team early in 2019 and works as Guest Co-ordinator. She is enjoying her role and brings with her great experience of customer service. She also assists Emma Wilson with the marketing and can often lose herself in the world of blogging. She is passionate about music and can often be found at a festival.
Ellie Wilson from 2cholidays

Guest Co-ordinator
Ellie works with us several days a week assisting the team with general admin. She is currently studying psychology, chemistry and biology at college. She is the calming influence in the office and keeps us all grounded on those very busy check in days.
Lauren Sedge

Lauren Sedge

Cleaning and Maintenance Administrator
Lauren is an established member of the team, having joined in early 2018 as a Guest Co-ordinator. She progressed into the Cleaning and Maintenance team as Administrator and is thoroughly enjoying the fast pace of the role. She is involved in all aspects of the cleaning and maintenance organisation, working closing with Emma P-C. She has a passion for cars and regularly attends local car meets


Cleaning and Maintenance Administrator
Mandy works with Emma P-C and Lauren, part time, in the Cleaning and Maintenance team, providing general admin support. As you can see, she is always smiling!

Gareth Darkins

Gareth is our Chartered Accountant, and is an invaluable member of our team. He keeps us in check and makes sure we don’t spend too much. He is also a specialist tax consultant, so is a very useful man to know!
